What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
• Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts.
• Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
• Evaluate the need for escalation
• Put suppliers in contact with the client in case of necessity

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Polish and fluent English (C2 - written and oral) 
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
• Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases.
