We’re looking for freelance translators to join our growing team at Dals!

As a translator, you’ll play a vital role in helping non-English speakers access essential services by translating documents for clients across the UK. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for those looking to grow their translation career in a dynamic and meaningful industry.

What will you do?

Translate digital documents accurately and on time

Proofread and ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate translations

Communicate with our booking team for support or issue resolution

Ensure documents are client-ready and meet all requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Fluency in English and another language (C1 level or higher)

✔ At least 1 year of translation experience (100,000+ words or 100+ assignments)

✔ Relevant qualifications in Translation, Languages, or Linguistics (e.g., BA/MA in Translation, CIOL Level 7 Diploma, DPI Level 4/5)

✔ Right to work in your country of residence

✔ EU residency

✔ Basic DBS check or equivalent (we can assist if needed)

✔ Willingness to complete a trial assessment
