As an Advertiser Support Specialist, you will support advertisers using social media and digital advertising platforms, helping businesses resolve technical issues, optimize their experience, and make the most of advertising tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to small and medium-sized business advertisers via chat, email, and outbound phone calls.

Deliver customer support in both Arabic and English.

Assist clients with advertising products, account-related issues, and platform tools.

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Guide advertisers on platform features and best practices.

Proactively contact customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple clients.

Manage multiple tasks and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable handling email, chat, and phone interactions.

Ability to multitask and work with various tools and systems.

Previous customer service, technical support, or digital advertising experience is beneficial but not essential.
