Czech Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal

Salary Package:
• €1,270 gross per month
OR
• €1,068 gross per month + private room in shared accommodation
What you’ll do:
• Support customers in Czech and English
• Assist with online orders, deliveries, refunds, and payments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
• Manage back-office tasks and shipping investigations
• Work closely with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

Working hours:
40 hours per week on rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 24:00, including public holidays.
Requirements:
• Native/C2 Czech language skills
• Strong English communication skills (C1)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Customer-focused attitude
• Previous SAP or back-office experience is a plus
