We are looking for motivated, service-oriented, and communicative Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international customer service team in Sofia. Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with colleagues and support teams in an international environment
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Motivation to relocate and build an international career
