DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing international technology company, managing client relationships across the BENELUX region. In this role, you'll own the full customer journey from discovery and solution design to commercial negotiations, onboarding, account growth, and long-term partnership management.

Working closely with senior decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and internal delivery teams, you'll help clients scale their technology capabilities while building long-term strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Commercial Growth
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, project scope, SLAs, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop long-term partnerships through a consultative sales approach.

Delivery & Collaboration
  • Work closely with Talent, Client Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure clients are matched with the right technical specialists.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance based on client objectives and market trends.

Market Expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of the BENELUX technology market.
  • Stay informed on software development, AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation trends.

Essential
  • 3–5 years of experience managing B2B client accounts within technology services, IT consulting, staffing, outsourcing, or software.
  • Experience working with clients across the Netherlands, Belgium, and/or Luxembourg.
  • Proven success growing client accounts and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding gained through working closely with software development or engineering teams.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the BENELUX region (approximately 1–2 business trips per month).

Nice to Have
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, developer sourcing, or talent solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development, AI, cloud technologies, or digital transformation.
  • Existing network within the BENELUX technology market.
  • Experience working in remote-first, international environments.
