We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer & Client Support professionals to join a multilingual team in Portugal.
The Role
- You will support customers using digital and software solutions, ensuring a professional, accurate, and high-quality service experience.
- Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify issues and provide effective troubleshooting
- Document actions taken and categorize cases correctly
- Support customers using paid products and services
- Escalate complex cases following internal procedures
Candidate Profile
- Native or C2-level Dutch
- English at B2 level or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to manage customer emotions with empathy and professionalism
- Motivated team player with a proactive mindset
- EU passport or valid EU residence permit required
