Do you excel at customer service and have a passion for green mobility? We’re looking for remote Customer Service Representatives to support clients in the EV industry. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in an innovative sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Support customers in the electric vehicle industry with inquiries and issues.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
- Work rotating shifts within our extended operating hours.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional (C2+) level of Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Good level of English
- Previous customer service experience
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Eligible to work as a self-employed freelancer
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, in flexible working hours (30-40 hours a week, in extended operating hours between 7:00 - 0:00 Monday - Sunday)
