DESCRIPTION
As an End User Computing Specialist you provide team members and leaders with hardware and software onsite or remote high quality support; you will ensure that systems are working properly according to company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users to create a positive customer experience
- Configure computers with its proper operating system and tools according to account/department needs
- Provide end user support to enable access to tools or troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions
- Support the migration of users to new hardware or tools
- Provide onsite support to resolve malfunctioning switch or internet outage, escalating any unresolved issues
- Support asset management tasks if required by the region
REQUIREMENTS
- English level B2
- Valid work permit for Ireland
- 1+ years of work experience in IT is required
- Studies in Information Technology or equivalent
- Technology certifications are desirable (A+, ITIL, PDQ inventory, computer maintenance or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. While supporting and collaborating effectively with team members, maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Computer support skills (configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
- Knowledge in Windows and Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of Google Suite is desirable
- Technology monitoring skills are desirable
- End user support and customer service skills, including effective communication with stakeholders
- Bomgar management is desirable
- Ability to document current and new processes
