Fully Remote Dutch speaking Customer Advisor in Portugal

Provide customer support via phone and email

Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns

Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases

Act as a point of contact for external sellers

Provide information about digital products

Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments

Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience

Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

Team player with a proactive attitude

Salary of €1,434.82 gross/month (without accommodation)

Salary of €1,313.32 gross/month (with accommodation option)

Remote work within Portugal

Full-time contract (40 hours per week)

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00
