German Customer Service Representative

Earn €1,750 gross/month + Performance Bonus

Are you fluent in German and looking for an onsite role in Sofia, there is the option to go remote employed after 3 months.

Signing Bonus: €3000 paid in 12 installments (€500 after training, then 400+300+200x 9 months)

✅ Monday-Friday 09:00-22:00 | Saturday 9:00-19:00

Your role

Support German-speaking customers via inbound phone calls.

• Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively and to develop and maintain a full technical knowledge and troubleshooting of electronic products. 

• Deliver customer support and accurate documentation while following compliance and support procedures
