DESCRIPTION
Phone-call follow-up marketing campaigns
Focusing on commercial customers
Email and social media campaigns to prospect and existing commercial clients
Profiling and the need to identify prospect companies and lead to support sales results
Maintain high-quality leads and contacts, ensuring their input into CRM systems
Nurture of existing leads and client's database
Sales and Marketing Department in the Lead Generation Process
Daily work with databases from Country Marketing, Sales, and Pre-sales teams for profiling, lead creation
New contacts creation in CRM
Report results to the Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Energetic, focused, goal-oriented personality
Keen interest in sales development
Good communication skills and interest in existing and prospective clients
Experience working on the phone
Enthusiastic about getting new people and the needs of the company
Basic knowledge of Office Package, usage of social media, and phone conversation
MUST HAVE: Native (C1) German and Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of IT environment and client portfolio
Telemarketing / Sales Experience is a plus
