What You'll Do

Review videos, images, text, and audio content for compliance with community standards.

Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.

Moderate user comments, posts, and appeals.

Label and classify content accurately.

Report trends and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Collaborate with internal policy, compliance, and legal teams.

What We're Looking For

Fluent or native-level Japanese.

Good command of English.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
