Our client, a leader in the mobility sector, is looking for a dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to help deliver seamless and engaging experiences to users worldwide.

Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer care while supporting innovation and user satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple channels

Provide accurate information and effective troubleshooting for product-related issues

Guide users on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their experience

Identify and communicate recurring customer insights to help improve processes and products

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Norwegian speaker (C1 level or higher)

Proficient in English

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
