About the company
Our client is a global meal-kit provider delivering pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers’ homes, making home cooking simple and convenient. Operating in multiple international markets, they focus on high-quality ingredients, efficient logistics, and reducing food waste through an innovative subscription model.
What will you do?
- Be the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s)
- Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers
- Understand customer needs and encourage subscription reactivation
- Clarify questions regarding meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, and services
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
- Resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to operational and sales objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a related field
- Fluent in Norwegian and good command of English
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit
- Clean criminal record
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
