Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
Identify needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions
Drive revenue through proactive sales activities
Meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Provide high-quality support and resolve client inquiries

Your Profile

Native-level Norwegian (C2) and strong English (C1)
Sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
Background in digital marketing or online advertising
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Understanding of the Nordic market is a plus
