What will you do?
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through assistance with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical issues
- Escalate cases to higher support tiers when necessary
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- High level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users
- Patience and professionalism in problem-solving
- Updated with current IT and tech trends
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
