What will you do?
-Handle inbound calls, chats, and messages from Polish-speaking customers interested in products and services
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive sales
-Promote products, services, and special offers in a consultative way
-Convert inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience
-Assist with account-related questions, subscriptions, and order processes
Candidate profile
-Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
-Previous experience in sales, inbound sales, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
-Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
