Russian Speaking Gaming Customer Service
Remote, Portugal (Lisbon)
Compensation
Option 1: €1,040 gross per month + free accommodation (private room in a shared Lisbon-area apartment, all allowances included)
Option 2: €1,227 gross per month (no accommodation included, allowances included)
Owerview
Do you have experience in gaming and enjoy helping players? Join a support team representing one of the best-known gaming companies. You will assist Russian-speaking players from our Lisbon contact center while working remotely in Portugal.
Candidates must have an EU passport OR Portuguese Residence Card.
Key Responsibilities
• Support customers through email and chat in Russian, and when needed, in English
• Help with account and payment questions
• Fix login and registration issues
• Update or restore emails, phone numbers, and other account details
• Handle hacked accounts and recover characters
• Answer questions about the reward program
• Provide information about tokens and pre-paid game cards
• Resolve payment problems and process refunds
• Manage customer data with care and professionalism
Note: Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken, is required.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break
Rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday
Operating hours: 06:00 to 22:00
