We are looking for a Slovak Speaking Security Specialist to join our client’s team, representing one of the world’s leading search engines. You will help customers maximize their product experience while being part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support for products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer needs
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs, using knowledge bases and protocols
• Meet or exceed performance goals (call handling, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction)
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovak and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
