Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (work from home in Bulgaria possible)
Role: Swiss German speaking B2B Client Advisor
Salary: 1631 euro gross p/m (1266 euro net )
Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between MON-FRI 10:30am-06.30pm
If you are a fluent German speaker looking to join a dynamic team that helps bring digital ideas to life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring a B2B Client Advisor for an exciting digital marketing project with one of our outsourcing partner clients in Bulgaria.
Our client operates in the digital marketing sector, supporting small and medium-sized businesses worldwide by building websites, launching paid search campaigns, and creating high-quality digital content. The company provides scalable solutions that help businesses strengthen and grow their online presence.
In this role, you will manage customer communication in a professional, proactive, and service-oriented way. You will guide clients throughout their website journey — from the initial consultation and approval of the first website draft, to post-launch support and follow-up.
You will handle both scheduled outbound calls as well as inbound communication via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Consultation Calls: Outbound calls to business clients who have just signed up, to collect website content and requirements
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the web designer, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication
- Approval Calls: Outbound calls to review the website draft and ensure client satisfaction before the website goes live
- Inbound calls & emails: Respond to customer questions, change requests, and general support queries
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have:
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to understand Swiss German, or experience working with Swiss customers
- Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

There is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes initial flight to Sofia, few days hotel on arrival and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
