Turkish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €1,330 gross basic salary per month

Language Requirements: Fluent Turkish + B2 or higher English

We are looking for a Turkish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our international team in Sofia.

In this role, you will help maintain a safe and trusted digital environment by reviewing user-generated content and taking appropriate action when information violates established policies or presents potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated and back-office information in line with established policies and procedures.

Assess potentially sensitive or disturbing content and determine the appropriate action.

Take prompt action on content that violates guidelines or creates potential risks.

Stay up to date with internal policies and apply them accurately and consistently.

Identify trends and behavioral patterns to help proactively address potential risks.

Investigate potential fraud, spam, abuse, and other inappropriate activity.

Provide clear reasoning and context when making or defending decisions.

Manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

The right to work in Bulgaria either an EU passport Or Bulgarian work permit.

Fluent Turkish language skills.

B2 or higher English proficiency.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

The ability to make and explain well-supported decisions.

An interest in identifying patterns and potential risks.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Previous experience in fraud prevention, spam detection, content moderation, Trust & Safety, or a similar field is an advantage.
