Responsibilities
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone
- Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Ukranian and English;
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ukranian C2 and B2 English fluency
- Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
- Being okay with flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM )
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
