By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest in the first 6 months of activity. After this period, the working model will be hybrid.
How you’ll make an impact:
HR Admin:
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;
- Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
- Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;
- Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;
- Provide input for payroll;
- Create HR documents such as reference letters;
- Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;
- Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.
Recruitment Officer
- Determine recruitment/selection decision factors and criteria;
- Develop candidate sourcing approaches ;
- Take care of role postings;
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates;
- Create and extend offers;
- Assure great experience for the candidate along the selection process, by updating his profile information in the database and updating accordingly the status in the system
REQUIREMENTS
Skills that make your work successful:
- You have B2 German & English language skills;
- Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;
- Nice to have: Customer support or previous experience in the HR area
- Negotiation skills;
- You communicate easily;
- You are a team-player;
- You can solve urgent matters.
