What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives
- Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions
- Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
