Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Lisbon, Portugal

Join an international team in sunny Lisbon and work with one of Europe’s leading meal-kit delivery companies, helping customers enjoy fresh and convenient home cooking.

Salary Package:

• €1,635 gross per month

OR

• €1,369 gross per month + private room in shared accommodation

 Your role:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat

• Contact former subscribers and support reactivation campaigns

• Assist with meal plans, deliveries, subscriptions, and recipes

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service

• Help customers find the best meal-kit solutions for their needs

• Work in a multilingual and international environment

Working hours:

40 hours per week on rotational shifts:

Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00

Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00

 Requirements:

• Native/C2 Swedish language skills and fluent Norwegian

• Good English communication skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working with digital communication tools

• Team player with attention to detail
