You will deliver high-touch customer care to travelers embarking on worldwide travel, finding solutions for flights, hotels, car rentals, and beyond for their trips.

Our lines are open from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, to help you strike an excellent work-life balance!
- Provide excellent customer service to our client’s customers via different channels (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, chat) and work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all customer queries are answered, and concerns are addressed accordingly, demonstrating empathy.
- Maintain basic knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Swedish (written and verbal) and a working level of English, with a basic understanding of industry-related terminology.
- Strong computer navigation, keyboarding skills, internet proficiency, and PC knowledge.
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes.
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
- Strong customer service skills, great communication, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to rotate shifts as needed.
