• Salary: 1100€ monthly gross / 14 salaries

• Employee benefit and payment cards: 85€ net.

• Night shifts are paid 25% more, and Sundays and public holidays are paid 75% more

40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts.

Relocation: Package provided (must arrive 10+ days before start if no AFM/AMKA)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across email, phone, and chat
• Research and respond to inquiries accurately & on time
• Use internal documentation to resolve issues
• Escalate unresolved/priority cases
• Document interactions per SOPs
• Identify & communicate recurring issues
• Meet quality, KPIs, and policy standards
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Fluent in Hungarian (written & spoken)
• High-level English (written & spoken)
• Proficient with Windows, MacOS, MS Office, Google Workspace
