What will you do?
  • Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives
  • Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions
  • Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations
  • Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • Nordic language level of C2 and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers
  • Strong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plus
  • Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
