What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives
- Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions
- Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Nordic language level of C2 and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers
- Strong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plus
- Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
