As a Partner Support Representative on our team, you will:
- Provide basic SEO optimization recommendations, including keyword gap analysis and onsite search improvements
- Conduct content audits and review automated audit results; prepare key takeaways and action plans for partners
-Perform quality checks and provide feedback to audit agencies
- Assess HP brand visibility and findability on partner websites (monthly), including homepage presence, product category links, minisites, and share of voice
- Identify optimization gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports
- Share content best practices and deliver training to partners
- Support syndication partner onboarding
- Identify bugs, content gaps, delivery delays, and provide feedback to internal teams
- Monitor execution of eTail toolkits and ensure timely new product introductions (NPI)
- Provide first-line support for content-related queries
- Review local language translations for content and keywords
- Track content and SEO improvements and provide ROI estimations
- Analyze ratings and reviews landscape and share best practices
- Review partner KPI dashboards and monitor performance
- Analyze SEO and SEM performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Follow up on partner KPI reporting related to digital marketing execution
- Track overall execution of the digital business plan in line with HP requirements
