DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound calls for business development and account management.
- Log customer interactions in CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Identify and engage with prospects and key decision-makers.
- Proactively manage profitability and sales pipeline.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as necessary.
- Gather and relay client feedback for potential business opportunities.
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare sound commercial and technical service proposals.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as needed.
This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain. The remote option is not available.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Solid sales background, preferably in B2B.
- Goal-oriented with excellent computer skills.
- Motivated self-starter with previous sales experience.
