What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:

  • Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
  • Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions
  • Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
  • Nurture and activate through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps
  • Troubleshoot of program-related issues ISVs might face
  • Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions
  • Work in-tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations
REQUIREMENTS

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and advanced in English
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field
  • Have minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experience
  • Have sales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
  • Can accurately document call outcomes and notes
  • Have basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
  • Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required
  • Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language
