We are currently looking for Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading global technology company in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities
• Provide support to existing customers via phone, chat and ticket system
• Assist customers with technical and accounting related questions
• Conduct online software demonstrations and explain features that solve customer IT challenges
• Identify customer needs and forward relevant opportunities to the sales department
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Profile
• Native level Polish is mandatory
• English at minimum B2 level
• Previous experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Technical affinity and interest in IT solutions
• Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
• Empathetic, patient and solution-oriented mindset
• University degree in economics or relevant commercial or technical education is preferred
• Other languages such as German, Italian or Spanish are a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Porto at own expense
• Availability to attend 1.5 weeks of onboarding in Germany. Travel and accommodation are covered by the company
• Long-term commitment and motivation for career growth
• Candidates currently working in sales roles will not be considered
Compensation and Benefits
Salary package
• Approx. €25,000 base salary per year - €1,785 x 14 salaries
• €2,400 annual meal allowance - €200 monthly meal allowance
• Up to 20 percent performance bonus
• Stock options between 5 and 15 percent per year
• Regular salary reviews
Work conditions
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Working hours 08:00 to 17:00 or 07:00 to 16:00
• Hybrid model with up to 50 percent home office
• 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
• 25 vacation days per year
• Long-term contract with 6 months probation
• Work From Abroad program with up to 40 days per year after probation

Training
• Approximately 1 month in total
• First 1.5 weeks at the HQ in Böppingen, Germany. Flights and accommodation covered
• Remaining training period completed in Porto
