What will you do?
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
- Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases
- Act as a point of contact for external sellers
- Provide information about digital products
- Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments
- Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Team player with a proactive attitude
OFFER
- Salary of €1,434.82 gross/month (without accommodation)
- Salary of €1,313.32 gross/month (with accommodation option)
- Remote work within Portugal
- Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00
