DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-scaling tech team in Gothenburg, Sweden!
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new market from scratch, working across the full sales cycle while contributing to the growth of a high-potential team. You will play a key part in the company's expansion into the German-speaking market, collaborating directly with leadership and gaining ownership from day one.

What will you do?
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers in the German-speaking market
- Book, lead, and run engaging product demos and sales calls
- Convert leads into active customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Build lasting customer relationships and provide high-touch support
- Own and exceed individual sales KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and shape team growth
- Represent the company at industry events and in direct customer interactions
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about connecting with people
- Structured and proactive with excellent multitasking abilities
- Resilient and motivated by turning objections into opportunities
- Prior sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
- Comfortable working independently and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
- Based in Gothenburg or willing to relocate
- Bonus: Background in logistics or SaaS/Tech, or experience in startups
