For one of our partners, we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic, multicultural team based in Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing the brand and supporting customers throughout their journey. Your main tasks will include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and friendly manner
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information by using internal tools and resources
- Building long-term customer relationships through empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication
- Following established communication procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, cases, and actions taken in internal systems
- Meeting individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and case resolution
