For one of our partners, we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic, multicultural team based in Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing the brand and supporting customers throughout their journey. Your main tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and friendly manner
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information by using internal tools and resources
  • Building long-term customer relationships through empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication
  • Following established communication procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, cases, and actions taken in internal systems
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and case resolution
REQUIREMENTS
What We Are Looking For

  • To succeed in this role, you should bring strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ideally, you have:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German (written and spoken)
  • A good command of English for internal communication and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Confidence in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage, but not a requirement — full training will be provided.
