You will communicate with users through written channels, assist with account-related and general inquiries, provide guidance on non-technical issues and ensure every customer receives a professional and timely resolution. Fluent Danish  and good command of English (B2 level).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Confidence working with digital tools and online platforms.

Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.

A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
