DESCRIPTION
Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal
Role: German speaking BPO Recruiter
Salary: €1,450 p/m (14 salary payments), plus €7.63 per working day meal allowance
Working hours: 40 hours per week: rotational between: Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 18:00.
Relocation: Subsidised room (deducted from payslip) in company apartment in Porto
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, we are seeking fluent German speaker to join their recruitment team. This job can either be based in Porto or Lisbon. Hybrid option is available after 3 months.
The Role
As a German-speaking Recruiter you will be part of our client's international recruitment team and help them connect talented candidates with exciting opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills and are a motivated and experienced recruiter, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Recruiter, you will work in a very fast paced environment where you play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
- Utilizing candidate databases to match the right talent with client vacancies.
- Managing a pipeline of candidates and aligning profiles with client/project needs.
- Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salaries, and benefits.
- Providing feedback to candidates on their interview results.
- Conducting reference checks and assessing suitability before submitting profiles.
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Keeping candidate databases up to date and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English and German
- Previous recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
