What will you do?
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails in Portuguese

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Proficiency in Portuguese and good command of English
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Confidence and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Adaptability and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in rotating/night shifts
- Excellent active listening and advanced tech skills
