DESCRIPTION
Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor, Provide assistance for a respect car manufacturers, while working remote from Greece
Inbound calls, emails, and chats, helping with digital products and applications. Troubleshoot mobile networks, internet connectivity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical support for digital products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Connect, electromobility, and infotainment systems.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Basic understanding of SIM cards, SD cards, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. You should be comfortable using smartphones and internet apps, and passionate about delivering a good service to your customer.
OFFER
- Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 EUR
- 200 euros customer satisfaction Bonus.
- Work from Home: within Greece.
