DESCRIPTION

What will you do?
- Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
- Fluent writing and speaking, in French and Dutch (both languages mandatory);
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;
- Strong understanding of contract management principles;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;

Salary range: from 1850 euros to 2000 euros gross per month (according to candidate experience)
Annual earnings: 27k to 30k a year (counting the 2 extra salaries given and a bonus)
No relocation package given, however open for Locals or Candidates moving from abroad
