About the company

They enable merchants to grow by removing traditional financial barriers and delivering seamless funding experiences across the business lifecycle.
What will you do?
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking merchants
- Manage customer queries end-to-end via phone, email, and live chat
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, and other internal teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive merchant experience throughout the journey
- Share customer feedback to support product and process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fintech or financial services
- Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Additional language skills such as Czech, Slovak, or Polish are an advantage
OFFER
- Salary: 40-48,000€ per year + bonus
