DESCRIPTION
- Build and manage relationships with affiliates, focusing on Arabic-speaking partners.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost performance and revenue.
- Recruit new affiliates and optimize existing partnerships to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate management within iGaming.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a must.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with partners effectively.
- Proactive attitude with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work full-time, either from our office in Sofia or in a hybrid setup.
