Love working with kids and ready to take the next step in your career?
As a Kids Club Supervisor with Worldwide Kids, you’ll spend your summer in a luxury resort, leading creative activities and supporting the childcare team to deliver safe, fun and unforgettable experiences for children aged 4–12.

About the role

As a Kids Club Supervisor, you’ll support the Childcare Manager and the team to make sure kids club operations run smoothly every day. You’ll be the “go-to” person on the ground for families, helping to create an exciting programme of activities and ensuring every child is safe, happy and engaged.

What you’ll be doing

  • Meet regularly with the Childcare Manager and Crèche Supervisor to deploy staff where they are most needed.

  • Liaise directly with parents before arrival and in the resort to ensure a smooth transition into the club.

  • Act as the face of Worldwide Kids within the resort.

  • Ensure all on-site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and up to date.

  • Plan and develop a fun, exciting, action-packed programme of activities (creative, cognitive and physical).

  • Be proactive and imaginative, making use of the resort’s amazing facilities.

  • Lead by example in delivering activities, supporting your team and maintaining excellent service standards.

What’s in it for you

  • Competitive salary.

  • Paid holiday.

  • Return travel from your country of residence to the resort, including resort transfers.

  • Uniform provided.

  • Pre-season childcare training in International Childcare for Leisure and Tourism, with a qualification awarded by City & Guilds (on successful completion of contract and assessments).

  • Accommodation included.

  • 3 meals a day, 7 days a week.

  • Insurance, including medical.

You’ll gain international experience, grow your leadership skills and spend your summer in a beautiful location doing meaningful, rewarding work.
