Job Title: Dutch - Contract Review Specialist
Salary: Up to €38,000
Location: Utrecht
Working model: Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
We are seeking a motivated individual with a backround in contract administration to join the Utrecht team on behalf of our client, a primary provider of information management solutions to our clients offering a complete range of services tailored to the entire records lifecycle with a mission is to provide reliable and secure solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Sales team in the contract process, ensuring compliance with company standards and approval processes.
· Review and evaluate changes to contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
· Draft and review contracts, making necessary amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate records of contract documents and updates.
· Provide support and guidance to Sales team members regarding contract-related inquiries.
Requirements:
· Fluent Dutch language skills are essential.
· 2+ years proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
