As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will manage daily housekeeping operations alongside the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and accommodations. You will also be responsible for training and on boarding new team members while maintaining safety and department procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety, ensuring team compliance with policies

• Create staff schedules based on occupancy and supervise housekeeping and laundry teams

• Conduct regular area inspections, enforce lost and found procedures, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory

• Oversee daily staffing to meet operational needs and collect necessary reports from reception for follow-up

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel, with a Hospitality School degree

• Proficient in Greek and English for effective communication

• Strong management, supervisory, and office skills, with a solid understanding of all hotel departments

• Computer literate, familiar with MS Office Suite, and knowledgeable in ISO Quality systems

• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
