Type of work: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00)

Your Responsibilities

Contact new and existing clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities

Manage a portfolio of small business clients and grow their advertising revenue

Research industry trends and client business models to offer tailored solutions

Provide performance insights and optimization strategies

Become an expert in all Meta advertising solutions

Consultatively sell and support clients in reaching their marketing goals

What We’re Looking For

Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)

Experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing (+3 years)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented

Quick learner, adaptable, and punctual

Passion for advertising and customer success

Training & Onboarding

12 working days of full-time training (8 hours/day)

Paid training

Includes product knowledge, software systems, and customer engagement training

Compensation & Benefits

Without company-provided apartment (higher cash compensation):Total Gross Compensation: €2,292.50/month

With company-provided apartment (lower cash salary + benefit-in-kind): Total Gross Compensation: €1,864.33/month
