DESCRIPTION
Description: Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere! This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the Polish market, targeting companies with high potential and a tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: C2 level of Polish. Good level of English (oral and written).
  • Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision.
  • CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player.
Specialized Skills for the Polish Market:
  • Polish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Polish business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Poland, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies. 
  • Familiarity with the key sectors of the Polish economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry.
  • Polish Communication: ability to communicate with Polish professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor. 
  • Understanding of the nuances of Polish business language, using appropriate terminology and avoiding cultural misunderstandings
  • Polish Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Polish business regulations and data privacy laws.

OFFER
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
  • Salary of 21.080,00 € gross/year + up to 3.720,00 € gross/year in bonus.
