The Role: Junior Customer Success Manager
For our Freemium team, we are looking for a highly motivated individual, eager to take an interdisciplinary challenge as a Junior Customer Success Manager. This role connects the areas of sales and project management, opening up various career paths. You will be in charge of the whole customer cycle of our Freemium clients; from the first contact over the sales development process towards the technical implementation of a product advisor and its launch.
You will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition goals. You must be comfortable and confident interacting directly with prospects (emails, calls, webmeetings), staying persistent and aligning the technical implementation with their needs and wishes.
