Are you an enthusiastic, career-minded professionals? Join our Inside Account Sales Team in our regional mid-market business center based in Amsterdam at Lenovo.

You will part of a team that is responsible for acquiring, maintaining and developing great relationships with mid-market customers over the phone.

The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be goal-oriented, enthusiastic and articulate, and will possess sound phone skills. You are a strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals as a must. You need to truly understand your customer’s strategy and have the ability to go beyond their needs, to maximize business and customer satisfaction

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage your assigned accounts to maximize Lenovo revenue and margin performance
  • Maximize customer satisfaction
  • Deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
  • Work closely with resellers and distributors to fulfill business
  • Work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
  • Report weekly account status, quarterly performance, forecasting and business planning vs target
  • Create metric driven and fact-based tactical plans to grow Lenovo share
  • Maintain accurate and update account profiles via Sales force

 

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch language and in English
  • Enthusiastic about IT products
  • Customer focused and deliver beyond customer expectations
  • Articulate, persuasive and able to understand customer needs
  • Build strong, long term beneficial relationships, and conduct negotiations while maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Energetic, self-motivated, proactive
  • Structured with strong time management skills, resilient to pressure and adaptable to change
  • Strong team player with respect for the individual
  • Ideally, experience of salesForce, CRM M/S Office
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven outbound sales experience, with excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
